Working for RCC
The construction jobs available offer excellent wages and benefits.
- Per diem of $100 per day worked if permanent home address is outside the 50+ mile radius from the plant. See the FAQ page for documentation required to receive per diem.
- Attendance allowance of $20-30 for each full day worked (criteria apply).
- Growth opportunities
- Benefits are paid to your home local union on your behalf.
- Electricians, pipefitters, and tower crane operators earn a $4 per hour premium.
- The project is currently working varying schedules with a minimum of five 10-hour days. Currently, most electricians and pipefitters are required to work an 8-hour Saturday shift. Other craft have casual overtime available on Saturdays.
